Shipping Notification during Covid-19:

One note that you have to know is that in some orders (not all) the shipping could be delayed until 2 months. Thi is out of our control, so please be patient during this difficult time Covid 19. We try to do our best as much as we could.

Other thing is that all orders through Activewear Zingmerch are guaranteed with Full Purchase Price Refund for any reasons. Our goal is to satisfy our customers. If you want to refund please let us know by email to info@zingmerch.us within 30 days from the purchase day.

Please don't ask refund to Paypal directly, because Paypal will chargeback us with higher Chargeback Fee and it hurts our financial situation very badly. 

1. We still work on regular schedule in shipping orders by avoiding any delays.
2. We value our customers safety in any situation including sending and receiving the packages.
3. Our packages are being checked prior to shipping. Our delivery times are 5 - 15 working days. Corona virus only last substance for 72 hours, so by the time you receive the packages have past the 72 hours substance period.
4. However, in term of receiving the packages, we highly recommend our customers to follow the package receiving guideline provided by CDC, other health agencies and local authority.
5. Always take precaution in any situation and wash hands properly.
6. Be safe and keep fit and healthy while staying home.

As soon as your order is processed for shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and order status. 

Please note: It may take 24 hours before the tracking becomes active.
